- Dura-Gold Premium 320 Grit Purple Ceramic Mesh Longboard Sandpaper Roll, 2-3/4" Wide Continuous 10 Yard Roll, Dustless Hook & Loop Backing. These mesh longboard sanding sheets have a self-grip hook & loop backing that securely attaches to a wide variety of tools, including pneumatic air file sander shoes, firm or flexible longboard file boards, hand sanding blocks, dura blocks, and more.
- Unrivaled Sanding Performance: These ceramic mesh longboard sheets have a three-times longer working life than traditional abrasives. These superior-quality mesh sanding sheets are manufactured with a specially treated hard ceramic grain fused with zirconia alumina. The aligned ceramic grains enable a very fast cutting speed and they deliver a super-sharp cut with a consistent scratch pattern. The tough ceramic grain wears down & fractures continuously, generating new, extra-sharp cutting edges.
- Dust-Free Working Environment: The sheets' open mesh design allows dust particles to flow freely through thousands of uniform tiny micro holes, enabling superior sanding dust extraction, which ensures a clean, dust-free working environment and extends the life of your sanding sheets. The sheets have high resistance to clogging and loading, increasing productivity and reducing material consumption.
- Multiple Usage Applications: The extra-sharp cut and long-lasting durability of these ceramic mesh sanding sheets make them suitable as workhorse sandpaper for a wide range of industries and applications. They are ideal for use in autobody repair and paint shops, metalworking shops, woodworking shops, marine industry, drywall installations, industrial manufacturing, and much more. They sand exceptionally well on hard surfaces and are great for sanding hardwood flooring.
- Full Range of Sanding Grits: These premium ceramic mesh sanding sheets are available separately in a full range of sanding grit grades from coarse to very fine: 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 220, 240, 320, 400, and 600.
