STRUCTURAL METAL EPOXY FOR ALUMINUM & STEEL
THE PROBLEM IS NOT ONLY THE CRACK. IT IS THE REPAIR SYSTEM.
Many repairs fail because the damage is covered, not rebuilt . AOJEL S300 is a 2-part structural metal epoxy and cold-weld alternative for prepared, rigid and non-flexing aluminum and metal parts.
It bonds, fills and rebuilds aluminum, steel, stainless steel, cast iron, cast aluminum and pot metal when welding is difficult or impractical.
Not a quick patch. A built-up repair body for brackets, housings, castings, frames, tools, fittings, stripped bolt or thread holes and localized exterior metal damage.
WHY AOJEL HOLDS
• Approx. Shore D 85–90 hardness after full cure
• Up to 30 minutes to fill, position, align and clamp
• Waterproof, oil resistant and heat resistant up to 392°F after full cure
• Drillable, sandable, fileable, shapeable and paintable after full cure
A rigid repair needs more than adhesive. It needs clean metal, sufficient bonding area, accurate alignment and complete cure.
When a part still has useful life, choose a repair system built to restore function—not merely cover damage.
Not a Thin Coat. A Built-Up Metal Repair Body.
Fast ≠ Strong.
CONTROLLED, NOT RUSHED.
Use the working window to get the repair right—not simply to get it done fast.
「THE AOJEL 30 / 3–4 / 24 SYSTEM」
• Up to 30 minutes of working time at 77°F / 25°C
• 3–4 hours to initial set
• At least 24 hours before loading, drilling, sanding, filing, shaping or painting
Time to position correctly.
Time to align accurately.
Time to build the repair before cure.
Cold-Weld Style. No Heat.
No flame. No sparks. No welding setup.
AOJEL S300 bonds, fills and rebuilds prepared rigid metal—a controlled cold-weld alternative when conventional welding is difficult, costly or impractical.
After full cure, it forms a hard, finishable repair body that helps properly repaired rigid parts return to service .
Complete cure matters.
Apply and cure AOJEL S300 under recommended conditions before loading, machining or placing the repair into service.
Hard-Cure, Finishable Repair
After full cure, AOJEL S300 reaches Shore D 85–90 hardness in documented tests. When mixed thoroughly and built to sufficient thickness, the repair can be drilled, sanded, filed, shaped and painted.
「AOJEL BUILT-REPAIR METHOD」
Do not cover only the crack. When the part geometry allows, extend S300 approximately 0.5–1 inch beyond the visible damage and build sufficient repair thickness .
GENERAL BUILD GUIDANCE:
• Small repairs: approximately 1/16–1/8 inch
• Deeper or stress-bearing rigid repairs: approximately 1/8–1/4 inch
• High-stress rigid repairs: reinforce with a metal patch, mesh or bracket when needed
BUILD THE REPAIR, NOT JUST THE SURFACE.
General guidance only. Actual requirements depend on material, geometry, load, preparation, mixing accuracy and reinforcement.
REPAIR WITH CONFIDENCE: THE METHOD BEHIND A RELIABLE METAL REPAIR
A CLEAR METHOD MAKES REPAIR POSSIBLE
A reliable repair is not one action. It is a controlled sequence.
「AOJEL REPAIR CONTROL 7-STEP PROTOCOL」
PREPARE → PURGE → MIX TRUE 1:1 → BUILD → ALIGN → CLAMP → CURE
Weak repairs often begin with contamination, smooth metal, uneven Part A and Part B flow, incomplete mixing, insufficient thickness, poor alignment or loading too soon.
LESS PANIC. MORE PRECISION.
• Clean and roughen the metal
• Purge until Parts A and B flow evenly ; discard the first uneven bead
• Mix true 1:1 until completely uniform
• Build beyond the damage ; align, clamp and reinforce when needed
• Respect the cure before loading or finishing
When the method is clear , the repair becomes easier to plan, easier to control and more predictable .
Keep AOJEL ready before the next break asks for it. For larger jobs or repair teams, consider ordering multiple packs.
CONTROL THE DETAILS. TRUST THE REPAIR. —— Repair brings objects back to life. It deserves the discipline of engineering.
EVEN FLOW BEFORE MIXING
Dispense slowly until Part A and Part B flow evenly . Discard the first uneven bead, then measure equal amounts and mix at a true 1:1 ratio until the color and texture are completely uniform .
NO STREAKS. NO SEPARATION. NO UNMIXED MATERIAL.
Accurate 1:1 mixing is essential for a complete, reliable cure.
The included push rod and mixing spatula support standard repairs .
For repeated, precise or larger jobs , an optional compatible dual-cartridge dispensing gun provides cleaner, more even flow and greater control .
MECHANICAL GRIP MATTERS
Clean, dry and roughen first.
Oil, rust, paint, dust and moisture can weaken surface contact. Smooth aluminum and metal also provide less mechanical grip .
Degrease, sand or file the repair area to create a clean, textured surface and larger bonding area.
Dry-fit the parts and prepare clamps or reinforcement before mixing.
Surface preparation gives the epoxy a better foundation for the repair that follows.
CLAMP BEFORE LOAD
Apply evenly and maintain sufficient repair thickness .
Align and clamp the parts before initial set.
For high-stress or rigid load-bearing repairs, reinforce with a metal patch, mesh or bracket when needed.
Allow at least 24 hours before loading , drilling, sanding or stress-testing.
For rigid, non-flexing parts only — not moving, bending or torsion-loaded components.
CONTROL THE ALIGNMENT. RESPECT THE CURE.
CARE STARTS BEFORE THE BREAK GETS WORSE
When a rigid part fails, the job stops.
A cracked casting, damaged housing, stripped thread hole or broken bracket can interrupt work, increase downtime and turn a repairable problem into unnecessary replacement.
WHY SOME BROKEN PARTS KEEP WORKING
Some damaged parts are discarded. Others can return to service after a properly planned repair.
The difference is knowing when a useful rigid component can be rebuilt—and choosing a repair system that matches the task.
AOJEL S300 is made for that decision.
*Repair is not simply covering damage. It is restoring function, reducing downtime and helping useful parts keep working .
From surface preparation to complete cure, AOJEL brings method and control back to the repair.
Plan the repair before mixing .
Choose the quantity , tools , repair thickness , reinforcement and cure time the job requires.
KEEP REPAIR WITHIN REACH
PREPARED ONCE. READY WHEN NEEDED.
Keep AOJEL S300 in the toolbox , garage or workshop for localized rigid metal repairs.
Use only what the job requires.
Keep Parts A and B separate , clean the outlets, replace the cap and store the remaining unmixed epoxy as directed.
Each cartridge contains 1.69 oz / 50 ml . Choose the 1-, 2-, 3- or 5-pack based on repair size , required thickness , multiple parts or workshop stock.
BUILT FOR ALL-SEASON SERVICE
After full cure, AOJEL S300 has an approximate service range of -22°F to 392°F , supporting exterior rigid metal repairs through cold winters and hot workshop conditions .
This is a post-cure service range, not an application or curing temperature.
HONEST ENGINEERING. CLEAR LIMITS.
DESIGNED FOR — Aluminum, steel, stainless steel, cast iron, cast aluminum and pot metal; brackets, housings, castings and stripped threads.
NOT FOR — PE, PP, PTFE, silicone, soft/flexible materials; moving or torsion-loaded parts; fuel/brake lines, exhaust manifolds or pressure-critical systems.
Real confidence comes from knowing both when to repair and when not to.
THE RIGHT MATERIAL.
THE RIGHT METHOD.
THE RIGHT REPAIR.
REPAIR BEFORE REPLACEMENT
A cracked bracket, damaged housing, worn edge, stripped thread hole or broken rigid casting can spread under use when ignored or patched poorly.
Repair early— while the damaged area is accessible, alignment can still be restored and reinforcement can be planned .
AOJEL S300 helps turn a repairable problem into a controlled repair before it becomes more downtime, more waste or a full replacement.
CHOOSE THE SYSTEM BUILT AROUND MATERIAL, METHOD AND CONTROL.
