Application
NOTE:
1. When using the hole saw, add the coolant constantly to dissipate heat and prolong life.
2. 2mm iron panel hole cutting can use hand drill and bench drill equipment; more than 2mm can only use bench drill equipment, and please drill about 1mm deep, then use a positioning drill to drill through a hole along the saw seam, which is more convenient for chip removal.
3. The cutting material must be fixed well, can not move, and it must be at a 90° right angle to the drill opening.
4. Do not over tighten screws, remove debris from teeth for cutting efficiency.
5. When the cutting material is 10mm or more, please remove the spring on the positioning drill.
